Yoga Classes

Yoga classes are every Monday night at 6:15 PM with our own Tessa Clemens. This class is complimentary to all current patients. Non-patients can try one class for free and then pay only a small fee for each consecutive class they attend.

Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. The practice entails low-impact physical activity, postures (called asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation.
