Unfortunately, in our culture, we sit a lot.

Sitting for extended periods of time wreaks havoc on your spine by putting stress on the muscles and discs of your back and neck. Over time, this can lead to chronic illness, poor posture, pain, and damage to your spinal structures.

The good news is that even small movements every 30 minutes can help combat this!
