The Dangers of Tech Neck
Whether in-office or working remotely, the average person spends at least 8 hours per day at a desk, in front of a computer, or attached to a device. The hours of poor posture spent hunched in your chair, using your coffee table as a desk, propping a device in your lap, or straining your head up or down to read your monitor can often lead to neck, back, or shoulder injury.

Essentials #2: Breathing and Thinking
Breathing & thinking are integral to good health, but how do they really affect your body and ultimately your adjustment? We will cover how to take deep cleansing breaths throughout the day to keep stress down. We will also discuss the importance of positive thinking, as thoughts become things, so it is important to keep those thoughts positive, even in stressful situations. WellWoman: Nutrition for Pregnancy & Postpartum
This workshop will teach how to best support your body nutritionally during pregnancy and postpartum. Instead of counting calories or bouncing back, we will be focused on what nutrient-dense foods and supplements we can add to aid in a healthy perinatal period. ThinkWell: Journaling/Gratitude
With the help of a beautiful short film by Alan Schwartzberg we will cover the subject of gratitude. We will touch on how other cultures see this virtue and what seems to get in the way of practicing this spiritual reciprocity. Journaling is just one way to track gratitude. We will cover the many ways you can express yourself through Word or Image.
