Lower Body Work for Flexibility

In this Wellness Workshop, we'll provide a tutorial of important lower body stretches that lead to greater function and flexibility, and improved posture. Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle for this vital workshop to improve function and relieve pain, enhance breathing, improve digestion and more. (We've got Yoga mats, but you're welcome to bring your own.)
